Return & Refund Policy

At WeeWoo, we provide shared digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital products and instant account provisioning, all purchases made on our website are generally final and non-refundable.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any subscriptions purchased through our website. Once a subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Customers are advised to carefully review the subscription details before placing an order.

2. No Refunds

Refunds are not applicable once a subscription has been successfully delivered, activated, or accessed. All sales are considered final after delivery of subscription credentials.

3. Exception – Service Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled within 48 hours of payment confirmation, or
  • The subscription does not function due to a verified technical issue from the subscription service provider’s side (for example, account activation issues on customer mobile numbers or Gmail accounts).

In such cases, and strictly at WeeWoo’s discretion, one of the following resolutions may be offered:

  • A partial refund for the unused subscription period, or
  • A replacement subscription of equal value.

If the customer prefers, they may also choose to wait until the issue is resolved or the subscription is restocked instead of requesting a refund or replacement.
