Return & Refund Policy

At WeeWoo, we provide shared digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital products and instant account provisioning, all purchases made on our website are generally final and non-refundable.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

No Returns: We do not accept returns for any subscriptions purchased. Once a subscription plan is bought, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable once a subscription has been successfully delivered, activated, or accessed. All sales are considered final after delivery of subscription credentials.

3. Exceptions for Technical Issues

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • The subscription does not function due to a verified technical issue from the provider’s side (e.g., activation failure on mobile/Gmail).

In such cases, strictly at WeeWoo’s discretion, we may offer:

  • A partial refund for the unused subscription period.
  • A replacement subscription of equal value.

Note: Customers may also choose to wait for a resolution or restock instead of requesting a refund.
